Refund and Returns Policy

At colecaleb.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, with certain exceptions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.

  • Refunds will only be processed if:

    • A tracking ID is provided.

    • The refund tag on the jacket is intact (not broken or cut).

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition.

  • The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Cancellations and Exchanges

  • Refunds are not available after an exchange has been processed.

  • Exchange fees incurred are non-refundable.

  • We accept returns and exchanges for non-defective products.

Return Method

  • Returns accepted by mail only.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Download/print the return label.

  • Return condition: New/Unworn only.

  • A $100 restocking fee applies to all returns.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the return is received and inspected.

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet:

    1. Check your bank account.

    2. Contact your credit card company.

    3. Contact your bank.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

  • Sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Restocking fees and applicable taxes apply to all returns and exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Inf@colecaleb.com so we can resolve the issue.

Mail-In Returns (for customers not near a store)

If you purchased in-store but do not live near a colecaleb.com location:

  1. Mail the product via USPS or UPS.

  2. Include a copy of the original receipt.

    • If you do not have a receipt, a gift card will be issued.

  3. Include a note explaining your return or exchange request (size, color, etc.).

  4. Add your contact information (phone and email).

  5. For the store’s return shipping address, email Inf@colecaleb.com

Exchanges

  • Exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the order date.

  • Items sent after 30 days or to the wrong address are not eligible.

  • Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged jackets.

  • Email us at Inf@colecaleb.com to initiate an exchange.

Shipping Returns

  • Mail returns to the provided return address (request via email).

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For high-value items, use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance—we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Approvals

Once your returned item is inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within the estimated timeline.
